I'm excited about my first Pop Up Shop Event first stop my City Philadelphia, Pa..

My first Pop Up Shop will be held at The Flying Carpet Cafe & Bar in the Francisville section of Philadelphia formally known as North Philly home of the Morrocos Gang back in the 70s. As a formally resident of North Philly Im excited about the change and Revitalization of this area and building up abandon drug infested buildings and lots in the Community! As a Real estate owner in the area my only concern is the Tax raise in the Community which is pushing long time residents out! This has a Big impact on Seniors and Low Income families who are Homeowners in a Community where many struggle daily just to get by!!

*It also take a Strong Community to reach out to your local Community leaders with these concerns!
