For many years Nicole has Experimented with various Recipes pass down from her Grandmother, Mother, Aunts in neighbors growing Up in a Diverse Community of Latino friends she learned at a very Young age how to combine Ethnic ingredients and techniques.

In 2012 after dealing with a devestating illness that effected Nicole Digestive System she started researching and incorporating more Plant-based meals to her diet and eventually eliminating, dairy, meat and seafood out her Diet.

It is now 2016 and Nicole has evolved into an Activist for the Fight to End Female Genitalation, Yogi, Herbalist, Holistic Healing Coach and Vegan Chef/Coach
