Salon Polices..

*Please have courtesy for your Stylist schedule.
Please call at least 24 hrs in advance to change or cancel any appointments. This will allow me time to service other clients. Failure to do this will result in a $10 additional charge for your next appointment.

*Any style $85 and up require a non-refundable deposit of half of the total cost of that service..

*Any services that require Extensions require non-refundable deposit on cost of Hair...

*There are no cash refunds; there should be no discrepancies of service due to Consultation before service...

*I allow a 15 minute grace period for appointments; after that time stylist has option to reschedule appointment or pay $10 tardy fee!

*There are no Walk ins at Pure Essence Beauty! All services is by Appointment Only this insures that All clients receive personal and private service!

*Pure Essence Beauty is a private studio where Clients receive personal care without the chaos of others stylist, clients and walk ins. Please don't bring friends, guest,family members or small children if they are not schedule for Service!

*No personal checks are accepted

*Consultations are required for "New Clients"  a Non-Refundable fee of $20 is Required but will be deducted from Service..

Consultations are a Must for New Clients this insures your Stylist can identify and Satisfy your wants and needs, give you an opportunity to view my portfolio of styles, meet the Stylist, to discuss your available style options and to confirm a price for your services. Therefore ,it is in your best interest and my policy, that no Appointments can be scheduled without first having a Consultation!

Thanks to the magic of Internet Consultations can be made online.. If you have FaceTime, Skype, Ustream we can link up for a Consultation. I understand it can be a challenge just to come out for a Consultation. Clients come from outside of the City and many miles away this insures Consultation without traveling..
